The Bachelor of Science in Applied Leadership is a self-designed 100% ONLINE program. Each student gets to customize the program based on their interests and goals. You can choose classes from across the curriculum provided the courses are focused on building your leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

The Applied Leadership degree completion program is a fully online degree that can be completed from virtually anywhere via the Internet. This program focuses on connecting theory with real-world skills application, so you are ready to bring value to your employer before you graduate.

Leadership applies to virtually any career field or industry. This program gives you the ability to complete your degree with courses that will help you develop your talent and experience. It will align with your current or future career in a variety of industries.

Have college credits already? You can transfer previous college credits towards your degree!

Students in this program are often individuals who don’t want or need the traditional residential college experience. They want to complete their degree at a 4-year university but need a flexible program that meets their individual learning style and schedule. Often Applied Leadership students are either working part or full time and need a degree to move forward in their career, or they may be pursuing a military career, competing in college athletics, or have attended online high school or charter schools.

Courses are offered in 8 and 16 week blocks and you can start in January, April, June, August, and October. Our flexible approach allows you to enroll in this program and balance work, family and other important commitments. We will help you plan a course of study so that you can complete the program in a time frame that fits your life. Minnesota State Mankato credits are also affordable and eligible for financial aid and scholarships.
