Fall 1999 Pi Sigma Alpha Initiation |
On November 15, 1999, then-U.S. Rep. David Minge addressed students, family and friends at Pi Sigma Alpha's fall initiation ceremony. After a career teaching and practicing law, Minge represented Minnesota's Second District in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2001. In March 2002, Minge was appointed to the Minnesota Court of Appeals by then-Gov. Jesse Ventura. He remains on the appeals court today.
