Welcome to the History Day Page
The MSU History Department and Minnesota Historical Society invites you to assist in judging history exhibits from area students. This year’s theme is “The Individual in History: Actions and Legacies.”
Judges are asked to be in attendance by 9 AM on Thursday March 19, 2009. The event is generally a five-hour (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) commitment. All History classes will be canceled but if you are unable to commit to the full five hours, we are always looking for volunteers to help with registration (from 8:00 am – 10:30 am) and T-shirt sales (throughout the day). A light breakfast and lunch will be provided for all judges as well as a free t-shirt. This is a great opportunity to work with students and get involved in the community.
